My favorite sushi rolls in California

“Sushi” is very popular in America. But I must say that Sushi served here isn’t real. It’s nothing like the one we see in Japan.

Even though American Sushi isn’t authentic, I just love them. I go to this particular local sushi restaurant in where I live at least once a month.

In Japan, Sushi is typically “nigiri, a specific kind of sushi with a slice of raw fish over pressed vinegared rice. I love Nigiri but love American sushi too!

My favorite Nigiri is: Salmon Nigiri!!! Sake (Salmon) is pretty much the only raw fish that I’ve been eating for the last five years or so. Don’t ask me why! :p

Now, I want to talk about my most favorite American Sushi “Rolls”.
