もう寝ないと

明日は早く出かけるから、もう寝ないと。

I must go bed now since I will leave early tomorrow.

試験まであと１ヶ月だ。がんばって勉強しないと。

食べちゃった

「あれ？ここにあったチョコレートは？」

「あ、食べちゃった。いけなかった？」（＝食べてしまった）

試験が終わった！　今日は飲んじゃおう！　（飲んでしまおう）

Oh the exam is over! so I am going to have a drink today!

もしもし、すみません。車が混んじゃって。。。少し遅れます。（＝混んでしまって）
