JLPT Proficiency Test

The Japanese Foundation offers the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). This is the most recognized form of Japanese proficiency certificate for non-native speakers. Now companies in Japan use this certificate to screen the candidates and many schools require applicants to take this test. You can take the exam in many countries, and specific information for the JLPT is available on their website. Go to the Japan Foundation website to find more information.
