Drug penalty in Japan

日本で麻薬を持っているとどうなるのか。アヘン、モルヒネ、コカインは７年以下の懲役でマリファナは比較的危険性が少ない為５年以下の懲役となる。世界で一つだけマリファナを違法ではない国がある。。オランダである！オランダでは、コーヒーショップで大麻がデザインを注文するような感覚で買える。日本では、１グラムでもマリファナを持っていたら即逮捕される。マリファナケーキ、クッキーまであるコーヒーショップもたくさんある。オランダでは、コーヒーショップの中でだけマリファナの売買が許されている。花やに行けば、大麻の種が売ってある。笑　日本人には、とても考えられない光景だ。オランダでは、大麻は比較的中毒性が低いので、それを合法化する事によって国民がハードドラッグに手を出すのを防ぐ為である。アメリカでは、州によって違うけど、病気等によって医療マリファナのライセンスを持っている人にはマリファナを決められた場所で買う事がゆるされている。それでも、マリファナを吸う人に対する偏見はアメリカでも強いし、完全に合法化になる事はないと思います。

Many people believe that marijuana can help alleviate symptoms of certain diseases such as glaucoma and it can be effectively used to manage the pain for people who have cancer and AIDs. The results of recent studies show the effectiveness of marijuana on Multiple Sclerosis But those who support the legalization of medical marijuana claim that it is addictive and dangerous. Regardless I hope more studies will be done to show the effectiveness of Marijuana on the treatment of serious illnesses..if it works, they should definitely lower the price and legalize the use of marijuana..but unfortunately there are people who abuse the system just so they can get high. This is a very controversial topic which I enjoy writing about. 🙂
