Tweeted photo of two women employees apologizing

I don’t care what I have done wrong at work..I am not going to apologize on my knees for customers. If they have issues, they can just return the products and get lost. I feel extremely uncomfortable looking at this tweeted pictures of two women apologizing on behalf of the company by kneeing on the floor. This ultimate form of Japanese apology is called “Dogeza” and apparently someone demanded these two poor employees to do “Dogeza” to satisfy their ego and I want you to know that this is not normal even in Japan. I will not do that and nor my family would do that. It is humiliating and there is no need for modern humans to do this in Japan.

The only exception is when you accidentally ran over someone and killed him maybe. But that’s an extreme case, right? You can just leave a bad reviews on websites and there is no need to humiliate women. Apparently this person named “Manami” made the two women staff members at Shimamura group, a clothing store, to perform dogeza. This bitch uploaded the picture on twitter and also included these employee’s names on her twitter posting. What a vindictive bitch. And the good news is that lots of angry readers posted against Manami’s posting with this humiliating image of two employees. Well, I think this is a violation of privacy law in Japan and hope that something will be done against this woman. And I am just curious what happened? What made this woman so angry to do this?
