Easy sushi recipe

You can cook delicious Japanese food faster.
All you need are 2 cups of sushi rice, 4 cups of water, 2 table spoon rice vinegar, 2 spoon of sugar, 1 table spoon oil, 2 cups shitake mashrooms, 2 table spoon soy sauce, 2 table spoon brown sugar and 1 cup of green onions.
Step 1: wash and rinse the rice
Step 2: cook in a medium pot at high until water reaches a boil
step 3: turn to low heat
step 4: let it simmer for about 20 minutes
step 5: while there is still some water in the pot, add the vinegar and sugar. Stir and remove from heat.
step 6: in a separate pan, add the oil and mushrooms. Cook until they begin to brown, and then add the soy sauces and brown sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. add small amounts of water if needed.
