I visited my family in Japan last month. It was only for 10 days, but I was able to see all my sisters and old friends who live in different cities. Japan Rail Pass became handy. Japan’s bullet trains (shinkansen) are very expensive. It cost me $560 to get a 7-days pass but I was still able to save because I had to take shinkansen almost everyday to visit these people in Japan.
