Japanese wear “unwell” make-up?

Hum..I am not understanding this.

Dailymail.co.uk reports that there is a fashion trend among young Japanese people. It is to wear under-eye blush, use pale foundation to make your skin look pale and pain your brows to look like you are worried and unwell? Ha? I had never heard of this before?

Ah hah! So if you try these “new” unwell look, your Japanese boss may send you home from work and your boss and coworkers would totally believe that you are ill. Japanese word for “sickness” or “prone to sickness” is “Byoujyaku” so new Japanese fashion involves making yourself look sick or unwell..

TCB on Twitter created the Little Red Riding Hood Palette concept that makes any girl look unwell and mysterious..They managed to raise some money using crowdfunding site..

According to this website, some Japanese girls are applying blush under their eyes instead of putting on their cheeks to brighten your smile..why under eyes? Because it would make you look slightly sick…OK..

What do you guys think? I really don’t understand what this is about, for…????
